General Rule
Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are considered final once placed. We do not offer refunds after a service has been delivered.
Eligibility for Review
A refund or replacement may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Order not delivered within 24 hours
Verified issue on our side
Refunds will not be provided for any of the following:
User-side errors
Misuse or mishandling
Third-party platform changes
Incorrect info provided by customer
Failure to read product details
Evidence Requirement
To request a review, you must provide all of the following:
Order or Invoice ID
Clear proof of the issue
Important: Claims submitted without sufficient proof will be automatically rejected. No exceptions.
Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute will result in the following actions:
Immediate suspension of your service
Permanent ban from the platform
Loss of all access without any refund
If you have a legitimate concern, please contact us directly through Discord or Telegram before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a service has been applied or delivered to your account, the order is considered completed. At that point, the transaction is non-refundable and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
